Trip Details
DAY 1 INDIA – ATLANTA (Saturday)
Early hour of the Day take flight to Atlanta. Reach Atlanta by late evening. Dinner and Check into Hotel.
DAY 2 HUNTSVILLE (Sunday)
Transfer by coach to Huntsville Space Camp, where you will register for your week long experience. Accommodation will be in dormitory style rooms purpose designed for school groups.
DAYS 3-6 HUNTSVILLE
Spend the week living the life of an astronaut! The Space Camp program is specifically designed for students and tailored to suit all year levels and curriculum's. Students will experience real-life Astronaut training, and will focus on your fields of interest, such as training as a Flight Director, Mission Scientist or Mission Specialist. Students will also spend time rotating through the Orbiter, Space Station and Mission Control simulators. Design and test a virtual Mars Rover utilizing computer and engineering skills. Experience the weightlessness of gravity through underwater scuba diving and flight simulators, plus many more life-changing experiences. During your six nights at the academy, all meals are provided.
DAY 7 HUNTSVILLE – ORLANDO (B, L, D)
After breakfast, participate in the Advanced Space Academy Astronaut Graduation Ceremony. Transfer by coach to the Airport and check in for your flight to Orlando, Florida. On arrival in Orlando, Have dinner and transfer by coach to your hotel.
DAYS 8 ORLANDO
After breakfast transfer to I'Fly for your STEM related educational program and take part in an exciting simulated sky dive in a wind tunnel. After lunch transfer to the Orlando Science Center which includes entry to all four floors of interactive Exhibit Galleries. Transfer back to your hotel for dinner.
DAY 9 ORLANDO
After breakfast, visit to Disney-world – Magic Kingdom. Dinner tonight is at your hotel.
DAY 10 ORLANDO
After breakfast, visit to Universal Studios – Island of Adventures. Dinner tonight is at your hotel.
DAY 11 ORLANDO - INDIA
After breakfast transfer to Orlando Airport for your flight home to India.
DAY 12 ARRIVE INDIA
Arrive India (subject to airline schedules).
