This interactive workshop accompanied with actual case studies introduces Civil Engineering students to the management techniques involved over the complete timeline of a construction project, exposing them to the various roles of a construction project manager.

Duration: The duration of this workshop will be two consecutive days, with six hour session each day in a total of twelve hours.

 Certification Policy:

  •  At the end of this workshop, a small competition will be organized among the participating students and winners will be awarded with a 'Certificate of Excellence'.
  • Certificate of Coordination for the coordinators of the campus workshops.
