Embedded systems are omnipresent nowadays and make possible the creation of systems with a functionality that cannot be provided by human beings. Mobile phone is one of the most important applications of embedded systems. Nowadays, virtually everyone carries a mobile phone, including the young children. They have become the most important item individual can own. mobile phone workshop which is the microcontroller based advanced level workshop where you will learn the art of making mobile phone using Arduino and some discrete modules .In this workshop you will not only know how a mobile is made, it will also enable you to make one for yourself; in fact after the completion of the workshop you will have a working mobile phone in your hands.

Duration: The duration of this workshop will be two consecutive days, with eight hour session each day in a total of sixteen hours properly divided into theory and hands on sessions.

- At the end of this workshop, a small competition will be organized among the participating students and winners will be awarded with a 'Certificate of Excellence'.
- Certificate of Coordination for the coordinators of the campus workshops.
