Raspberry Pi is a low cost, credit-card sized computer that plugs into a computer monitor or TV, and uses a standard keyboard and mouse. It is a capable little device that enables people of all ages to explore computing, and to learn how to program in languages like Scratch and Python. In this workshop You’ll learn the basic concepts and features of the Internet of Things and build projects utilizing the RaspberryPi platform.
This workshop introduces you to the amazing world of IoT and its fascinating applications using RaspberryPi. With the help of Raspberry Pi computer and a DHT sensor, you will develop an electronic device that streams temperature and humidity data over the internet. You can program the system in such a way that say whenever the temperature exceeds a certain limit, the device will automatically send a notification!
